He is survived by: his daughter Gregorance Rigsby of Danville; his siblings, John Rouse (Cathy) of Homer, Jerome Rouse of Danville and Brenda Biage (Bruce); his grandchildren, Rancey, Roarie, Reagann and Devin; and his close friend Cynthia Shepherd of Danville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
