He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Krainock and Viola Krainock (Hires); his wife Marjorie Funk; and his siblings, Calvin Krainock, Joe Krainock, Norma Anderson, Rheta Ritter and Barbara Krainock.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Krainock of Danville, Randy Krainock (Kristie Shappell) of La Crosse, WI and John Krainock (Alice) of Danville; his grandchildren, Talia Maddock (Mark), Amber Krainock, Corey Krainock (Natasha), Jason Krainock, Jennifer Krainock (Justin Byers), Lucas Shappell (LeiLani Oas) and Kenzie Shappell; his great grandchildren, Makayla, Kinley Moss, Caydence Krainock, Brady, Isabelle Hyche and Oaklen Krainock; his sister Carolyn 'Sue' Medcalf (Malcolm); his stepsister Sally Winn; and his caregivers, Cassidy Lock, Carla Schafer, Melissa Ruper and Marj. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
