She is survived by: her sons, Cecil "Bubba" Simmons, Jr. (Shelly), John Simmons (Kim) and Jesse Simmons (Crystal); her grandchildren, Holly Simmons, Zack Simmons, Jacob Simmons (Chelsey) and Brock Simmons; and her great grandchildren, Alaina, Zendeya, Beau and Zayden.
