With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ivan Carter Sr. (Danville, Illinois), who passed away on June 14, 2019 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Carter and Jeanette Carter; and his aunts and uncles, Audrey Lucas, Joyce Smith, Jack Carter and George Carter.

He is survived by: his stepdaughter Alexus Williams; and his siblings, Sylvia Grear of Danville, Vickee Carter of Danville, Verna Plummer (Ernest) of Danville, Larry Carter and Timothy Carter (Tasha) of Danville. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews aunts and uncles.
