He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Lowe (Dilley); his children, Jack Jr. Lowe (Diana), Terry Lowe, Mike Lowe (Tina), Cindy Young (Jerry), Gail Richardson (Mark) and Tim Lowe; and his sister Sandy Lowe. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
