He was predeceased by: his son Dirk Seymour. He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Danville; his daughter Miasha Ores (Jim) of Joliet; his grandson Tyler Kirkpatrick of Newtown; his stepchildren, Tommy Kirkpatrick of Danville, Angela Kirkpatrick of Fort Lauderdale and Nickey Hettmansberger (Chad) of Savoy, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Cooper Ores, Kaytlyn Hettmansberger, Kylie Hettmansberger (Aaron Schluter), Cole Hettmansberger, Cade Hettmansberger, Allysa Kirkpatrick and Brooke Kirkpatrick; and his great grandchildren, Gunnar Kirkpatrick and Jace Keller.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bulan's Bowl for future tournaments held in Jack's honor.
