He is survived by: his wife Wanda Holycross; his daughter Patty Self of Elkhart, IN; his granddaughters, Bridget Bennett, Nicole Self and Jamie Stevens (Justin) of Elkhart, IN; his sister Jane Jones of Newport, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Holycross (Christine) of Georgetown and Maxine Roush. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
