She is survived by: her children, Kim, Marilyn, Michele Allen (Greg), Cassandra Carter and Cornelius "Budde" Carter (Tomisha); her siblings, Jane Debouse (George) of Kansas City, KS, Karen Harrell, Keith Kelly, Mark Kelly (Kim) and Eric Kelly; her goddaughter Danielle Carroll (Terrance); and her extended family, Danny and Carrie Daniel of Arkansas.
