He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvis Manning and Billie Sparrow. He is survived by: his children, Kristen Lovett (Patrick) of Clovis, CA, John Manning (Paola) of Veedersburg, IN, Kimberly Manning of Crawfordsville, IN and Aaron Manning of Crawfordsville, IN.; his grandchildren, Austin, Brady, Harper, Aiden and Julius; his siblings, James Manning (Debbie), Joel Manning, Jeffrey Manning and Jennifer (Lee); and the mother of his children Pamela Campbell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
