He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Moreland and Lillian May (Weigel); his children, Allissa Hostetler (Moreland) and Matthew Moreland; and his brother-in-law David Forbes.
He is survived by: his son John "Jack" Moreland (Michelle) of Hobart, IN; his grandchildren, Jackson, Alexander, Zoey Moreland of Hobart, IN, Robert and Chloe Hostetler of Hobart, IN; the mother of his children Jeanne Walker (Gross); and his siblings, Pam Moreland-Doup (John Doup) of Beecher, IL, Debbie Hall (Dennis) of Burlington, WI, Mary Lou Moreland of Beecher, IL, Peggy Forbes (late David) of Tallahassee, FL and Larry Moreland (Victoria) of Lawton, MI. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
