He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Forman and Doretha Hill (Mark); his son Sincear Forman (BJ); his grandmother Peggy Forman; his siblings, Neal Dixon (Dacia), Michael Dixon, Danny Dixon, Jackie Dixon, Latricia Forman, Willie Forman, John Forman, Robin Forman, Lamar Forman and Roderick Green (Rocky); his cousins, Chris Dixon and Yolanda Rowell; his grandparents, Pinnie Rowell and Eugene Rowell; his uncles, Benny Joe Newsome, Hollis Dixon, Courtland Rowell, Joshua Forman and Billie Forman; and his cousins, Taneesha Moore, Anthony Carter and Jewel Forman. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
