She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Julius Bays; her parents, Lawrence Boeckman and Gladys Von Boeckman (James); her granddaughter Sherri Bays; and her daughter-in-law Becky Bays.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Bays (Lisa), James Bays, Wendell Bays (Cindy) and Alice McGuire; and her grandson Patrick. She is also survived by thirty-two great-grandchildren; and fifteen great-great grandchildren.
Donations may be made in Joyce's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
