She is survived by: her children, Kim Crouch (Scott) of Gibson City, IL and Jeff Grubb (Beth) of Oakwood, IL; her grandchildren, Stephanie Vincent (Ryan Derheim), Sherrie Stipp (Chris), Ashley Rollind (Doug), Zachery Grubb, Chelsea Grubb (Rex Brooks), Hannah Grubb (Luke Burchfield), Nicholas Grubb, Baylee Skelton (Jorey) and Garrett Maged (Lauren Kirkpatrick); her great grandchildren, Megan Vincent, Natalie Black (Austin), Abbie Stipp (Oliver Hendrickson), Korbyn Stipp, Maxx Buck, Maizee Buck and Miah Brooks; her great great grandchildren, Taylor Black and Hudson Black; and her siblings, Bud Winkler (Suzan) and Connie Matry.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Karen's name to the American Diabetes Foundation.
