She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Scarlett and Dorothy Scarlett (Zillman); her husband Hershall E. Lee; and her sons, David Grinestaff and Daniel Grinestaff.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Hess (Colin) of Danville, IL, Sylvia Lee-Hayward of Las Vegas, NV and Larry Lee of Las Vegas, NV; her granddaughters, Victoria Hess of Danville, IL and Stephanie Hayward-Muzio (Dominick) of Las Vegas, NV; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Muzio and Mia Muzio; and her siblings, Ruth Pratt (Steve) of Danville, IL and George Scarlett of Danville, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and great great-nieces great great-nephews.
Memorials may be made in Katherine's memory to the Lutheran Cemetery in Danville, IL.
