He is survived by: his children, Pamela Burt (Dale) of Memphis, TN and Todd Borgwald (Nikki) of Port Orange, FL; his sister-in-law Jeannie Borgwald of Danville, IL; his grandchildren, Lindsey Van Fossen (Thomas) of Bartlett, TN, Christopher Burt (Krista) of Bartlett, TN, Aimee Joyner (Eric) of Foley, AL and Monica Hicks (Shea) of Utica, KY; his great grandchildren, Annabel Burt, Katie, Jonathan Hicks, Carson and Hadleigh Joyner; and his caregiver Angel. He is also survived by four nieces.
