He is survived by: his wife Joy Hunt; his children, Chris Hunt (Keri) of Lumberton, TX, Jason Hunt (Roni) of Rising Fawn, GA, Brad Shaw (Tisha) of Georgetown, IL, Billy Taylor of Effingham, IL, Tiffany Perez (Cody) of Georgetown, IL, Amy Tarmmel (Rick) of Salem, IL, Heidi Williams (Jerome) of St. Louis, MO, Holly Dittmar (Ben) of Danville, IL and Stephanie Johnson (Jason) of Danville, IL; his brothers, Jim Hunt (Denise) of Patomac, IL, Paul Hunt (Rhonda) of Fithean, IL, Harold Hunt (Martha) of Rossville, IL and Mike Hunt (Marvelene) of Gainsville, FL; and his pets, Larry Wayne and Tabby. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 7 nieces; 10 nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Alvin Church of God (109 South St.). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
