He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma "Louvenia" Lillard (White) and George D. Lillard; his siblings, Nathaniel Lillard and Jocelyn Davis; and his stepson Keynon Lewis.

He is survived by: his children, Larry (Nina) of Springfield, VA, Qiana of Detroit, MI, George and Mariah of Danville, IL; his grandchildren, Keosha Tolefree, Joshua Vanover, Izaiah Lopez and Delilah Lillard; his siblings, Beverly Reed, Kenneth Lillard, Yakini Shakir and Phillip (JoAnda); Karter Tolefree. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
