She was predeceased by : her parents, John Sands and Zola Sands (Robertson); her husband Richard Rutan; her daughter Tammy; and her sister Shirley Lee.
She is survived by : her son Terry Rutan (Sue) of Niota, TN. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
