She was predeceased by: her parents, John Francis Hargan and Margaret June Hargan (McMillin); and her daughter Lori Ann Youngblood. She is survived by: her husband Larry Jacobs; her stepsons, Tony and Jason Jacobs; and her grandchildren, Claire, Vivian, Jessica and Brett Jacobs.
Her commitment to her work was evident in her meticulous attention to detail and the joy she derived from her contributions to the community.
