He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Fulwider and Beverly Fulwider (Walls); and his former wife Amanda "Susie" Fulwider. He is survived by: his former wife Amanda "Susie" Peevler; his wife Ruth Fulwider of Danville, IL; his children, Lenora Couch (Victor) of Shelbyville, IN and Christopher Fulwider of Terra Haute, IN; his stepchildren, Brenda Wayman of Danville, IL, Toby Wayman of South Carolina and Randy Wayman of South Carolina; his siblings, Diane Kennedy (Buddy) of Georgia, Mark Fulwider of Crawfordsville, IN and Matthew Minnick of Lafayette, IN; and his siblings-in-law, John, Sherry Peevler of Danville, IL and Ed "Buddy" Peevler. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made in Mike's memory to the American Cancer Society.
