She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Joseph and Theodosia Anna Schaefer (McBride); her husband Nelson C. Dyer; and her grandson Jacob Bush. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joseph Bush (Christina), Joshua Bush (Hilliary Wright), Marshall Harris (Brittany), Erica Tuttle (David), Hayley Senopole (Chris), Grace Harris (Jared Dazey), Nathan Hood and Gabriel Hood; her great grandchildren, Ahriana Bush, Ava Lyn Bush, Myla Bush, Jayce Wright, Jacob Bush, Jr., Gage Tuttle, Zayne Harris, Jacksen Harris, McKinleigh Harris and Killian Senopole; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Jo Schaefer and Jerry Dyer (Cathy Lete). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Peggy's memory to Holy Family Catholic Church or the OSF Cancer Center.
