In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial donations can be made to First Baptist Christian School (Danville) or alzheimer's associtation.

“This comes with thoughts of sympathy for phyllis’ family. Phyllis was my cousin. Her aunt, gertrude (trudy) elliott, is my mother and there was a time when they kept in touch by letter writing. Trudy now lives with us at age 99. I remember that is was phyllis who showed me, as a youngster, the wonder of touch typing while sitting in her mother’s kitchen. I was amazed that she could type sentences without looking at the keys. May god’s peace and comfort be yours, each one. —steve elliott—turlock”
