He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Dougherty and Martha Cravens Dougherty; and his sister Melinda Neff. He is survived by: his son Randy Dougherty Jr. (Brittany) of Fairmount, Illinois; his brothers, Dale Dougherty (Sherry) of Danville and Arthur Dougherty (Brenda) of Veedersburg, Indiana; and his grandson Jaxon Dougherty.
