With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Regina M. Donald-Terrell of Danville, Illinois, who passed away on May 1, 2026 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Regina farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Regina is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Donald and Darlene Salzman; and her sister Clarice Whalfeldt. She is survived by: her daughter Tita VanDeWalker-Cox (John Cox) of St. Joseph; her stepdaughter Trisha Terrell-Cooper (Chris Cooper); her grandchildren, Olivia, Everly VanDeWalker-Cox and Alexis Cooper; and her brother Randy Lawhorn.
