He is survived by: his son Robert Davis, Jr. (Judy) of Springfield, IL; his granddaughter Melinda Davis (Suzette Blanford) of Carterville, IL; his sisters, Dorothy Wonderlin and Laura Curry; and his siblings-in-law, Lawanda Buchanan and Hugh King. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
