He is survived by: his wife Denise Griffin (Owens); his son Jeff Griffin (Katie) of Ann Arbor, MI; his brother Kent Griffin (Debbie) of Danville, IL; his brother-in-law Dale Owens of Danville, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Brad Owens (Kathy) of Lincolnwood, IL, Chris Griffin of Danville, IL, Tim Griffin of Danville, IL, Christine Owens of Brownsburg, IN, Corbin Owens (Suzanne) of Belmont, MI, Mary Price (Joe) of Chantilly, VA and Daniel Owens (Taryn) of Danville, IL. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, great nephews, and great nieces.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to the American Diabetes Association in Kirk's name.
