He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L. Baldwin and Lillian Rose Baldwin; his brothers, Ralph Jr. (Junie) and Richard; and his nephew Robert.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Simmers (Terry Hazel) of Danville, IL; his brother Russell Baldwin (Maggie) of Tilton, IL; his sibling's children, Gracie Moore (Robert), Brandy Baldwin, Melissa Baldwin, Richard Baldwin Jr. (Tammy) and Simeon Baldwin; and his grandchildren, Katelynn, Blayton, Courtney, Shyann and Noah. He is also survived by great nieces & great nephews, and many cousins.
