He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Mae Outlaw and Sylvester Clark; his son Kenneth; and his brothers, Robert, Leroy, Eddie Lee and Maurice Davis.

He is survived by: his wife Gladys Davis; his children, Cassie Davis (Lester) and Terry Moore; his siblings, Evangelist Sylvia Robinson, Valeria Clark, Sylvester Clark Jr., Tommy Clark and Tyrone Davis; and his cousin Bishop Chester L. McLaurin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
