She is survived by: her children, Carole Jean Mitchell (Charles) of Plainfield, IN and Philip Hodshire (Rhonda) of Danville, IL; her grandchildren, Ernest Mitchell, Amanda Huls, Tyler Hodshire and Caleb Hodshire; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Dylan and Madison Huls; and her sister Betty Strange.
Memorials may be made in Ruth's memory to the Southside Church of Christ or a charity of the donor's choice.
