She is survived by: her husband Robert Allen Harper; her children, Jimmy Talbert of Oakwood, IL, Donny Kester II of Bloomington, IN, Stephanie Milner (Greg) of Danville, IL and Stacey Cortapassi of Oakwood, IL; her stepchildren, Robert A. Harper Jr. of Westville, IL and Nichole Waterman of Indiana; her sisters, Peggy Jenkins (Dan) of Bryan, OH and Judy Rennaker of Covington, IN; and her sister-in-law Debbie Pryor of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
