She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sherman and Sylvia Sherman (Sigler); and her husband Raymond Pierce. She is survived by: her son Bob Mitchell (Kasi); and her grandchildren, Anthony "Tony" Mitchell and Angela D. Mitchell-Kelly. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
