Stephen Arthur Tallman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2025, at the age of 74, Stephen Arthur Tallman of Danville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Stephen Arthur may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Stephen Arthur touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E. Tallman and Vera M. Tallman (Chandler); and his son Matthew Stephen Tallman. He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Tallman; his children, Brian S. Tallman (Christy) and Tamara L. Step (Sean); his sister Donna S. Cass (Rick); and his aunt Juanita Tallman. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Hope Unlimited Church (428 N Walnut St, Danville, IL 61832). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
