He is survived by: his friend Church; his sister Cindy Carroll; his cousins, Russell Bowlin (Susan), Kay Pigg (Alan), Sharon Carroll, Lana McWilliams, Jim Dodson (Jamie), Carole Tucker, Susan Nave (Mark) and Mike Dodson; and his close friends, Bob, Betty Nicklas, Phillip Coate, Bill Meeker (Mindy) and Phyllis Fraser.
