He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Parsons and Grace Parsons (Huber); and his siblings, Joann and Larry Michael Parsons. He is survived by: his children, Patricia "Lynn" Neal (Harold) of Catlin, IL., Penny Mincey of Danville, IL and Scott Parsons (Janice) of Cottageville, SC; and his brother Kenneth Parsons. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Stephen's name to St. Jude's Children Hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children.
