He is survived by: his mother Josephine England (Lawyer); his nephew Chuck Lowe; his wife Valarie England; and his children, Ashlee Skinner (David), Johnny Troxal (Ginna), Joshua Powell (Jessica), Tyler Dobbs and Tara Mowery. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters; and lots of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
