He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Meril Tuggle and Rita Tuggle; his wife Bevella Jean Tuggle; his granddaughter Toni Jean Snyder; his children, Thomas M. Tuggle (Julie), Toni Windquist (Craig), Tammi Shaw (Jim), Terri Cranney, Robert Snyder Jr. (Jane) and Donna Oberle; and his siblings, James Tuggle (Da), George Tuggle and Sally Janikowski (Dave). He was also cherished by his 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
