With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Timothy J Gummere of Danville, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Thomas "Tom" Gummere; and his pet Jack. He is survived by: his mother Karen Gummere (Shade); his children, Tiffany J. Becker (Lance) of Danville and Joseph Ryan Gummere of Danville; his grandchildren, London, Sohly, Atlas and Daxton Becker; his siblings, Ernest W. "Bub" Gummere (Crystal) and Grace E. Judd (Hank); his close friends, Tammy Anderson, Richie Robinson, Darin Odle and Mike Truscelli; his pet Milly; and also, Lanie, Zander, Colton and Ella.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center (3940 N Vermilion St, Danville, IL 61834). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials in his name may be made to the Danville Police Association Charitable Organization.
