He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice Jaeger O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Mary O'Brien; his father Robert "Bob" O'Brien; his children, Pete O'Brien (Jennifer), Kyle O'Brien (Jennifer), Lindsay O'Brien, Dr. Matt Fabrizio (Amy Hostetter) and Carol Fabrizio (Jillion Potter); his grandchildren, Wrigley, Harper, Stryker, Kent, Asher, Arlo, Auggie and Jillion; and his siblings, Terry O'Brien (Ron Rawls), Jeff O'Brien (Debbie), Julie Welch (Rick) and Lucy McKinnon (Eric).
