He is survived by: his children, Jeanette Arnold (Larry) and Jim Bailey; his grandchildren, Larry Arnold II, Brielle Arnold, Heaven Bailey, Hope Bailey, Glorie Bailey and Grace Bailey; his great grandchildren, Emma, Ramsay, Juniper, Emery and Ialyn; his sister Alice Draper (Junior); and his pet Toby.
Memorial donations may be made in Virgil's name to the American Cancer Society.
