She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Dossey and Marie Dossey (Bennett); her former husbands, Elwood Ellis and Duane Nafziger; her husband Jack Weller; her daughter Darlene Forret (Gary); her granddaughter Stephani Seidler; her grandson-in-law Danny Byrom; her son-in-law Gene McConnel; her siblings, Lavonne Toby (Lloyd) and Marvin Dossey (Edwina); and her sisters-in-law, Delores Dossey and Billie Dossey.

She is survived by: her children, Gay Seidler of Naples, Penny McConnell (Mike Denhart) of Catlin, Scott Ellis (Kent Johnson) of Austin and Toby Ellis of Catlin; her grandchildren, Shaun Trosper (Nancy) of Catlin, Traci Jay (William) of Florida, Brett Seidler of Florida, Brad Seidler of Florida, Paige Byrom (Johnny Jumps) of Catlin and Morgan McConnell (Jessica) of Mahomet; her stepgrandchildren, Kevin Holley and Tina Holley of Danville; and her brothers, Norlyn Dossey of Danville and Gerald Dossey of Danville. She is also survived by 13 great- grandchildren; 6 great-great -grandchildren.
