He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene W. Zukoski and Theresa L. Zukoski; and his siblings, Mary Ann Tanouye (Robert), Stephen Zukoski (Crystal) and William Zukoski (Kristine).
He is survived by: his sister Nancy Rezek (Jeffrey); and his nieces and nephews, Timothy Rezek (Solisbell), Kevin Rezek (Emily), Christopher Rezek, Melissa Tanouye, Craig Tanouye (Urszula), Laura Tanouye, Brenda Forrest (Bill), Amanda Harper (Rich), Gina Zukoski, Kara Zukoski and Amy Zukoski.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Modell Funeral Home (7710 S Cass Ave, Darien, IL 60561). A prayer was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Scholastica Church (7800 Janes Ave, Woodridge, IL 60517).
