She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Horak. She is survived by: her daughter Christine Zygowicz; her grandchildren, Jessica Zygowicz Kossak (Matthew), Gigi of Ethan, Emilia and Eil Kossak; and her brother David Horak.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Modell Funeral Home (7710 S Cass Ave, Darien, IL 60561). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
