He is survived by: his children, Reggie Dvorak (Chuck), Roger Penninger (Kim), Shelly Pietrantonio (Dominick) and Peter Penninger (Lori). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Modell Funeral Home (7710 S Cass Ave, Darien, IL 60561). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of Gostyn Church (445 Prairie Ave, Downers Grove, IL 60515).
