He was predeceased by: his parent Kapil Dev Prasad Singh; his wife Rani P. Sinha; and his son Dr. Rajiv Sinha. He is survived by: his daughter Nilu Sinha-Tiwari (Ena Do); and his grandchildren, Dr. Rishi Tiwari, Avi Tiwari, Neelank Tiwari, Dr. Vijay Sinha and Amit Sinha. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
