He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Ray and James Ray. He is survived by: his wife Josephine "Jo" Ray; his children, Rich Ray (Kristine) and Jennifer Ray; and his grandchildren, Richie and Deven Ray.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory - South Naperville (24021 Royal Worlington Dr, Naperville, IL 60564). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church (8404 S Cass Ave, Darien, IL 60561).
