He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Don Schmid, Ellen Maley and Julie Ruffolo (Steve); his grandchildren, Christine, Lauren (Matt), Michelle, Nicole, Stacey (Jack) and Ben; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Grace, Connor, Zoe and Violet.
