He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Saxe; his children, Patrick (Paula), Francis (Pilar), Daniel (Erin), Molly Forlow (David), Maura Rosencrantz (Jay) and Margaret Chlystek (Matthew); his grandchildren, Matthew, Patrick, Sophia, Michael, Luke Hickey, Ian, Liam Forlow, Hannah, Caitlin, Molly, Erin Rosencrantz, Maeve and Dylan Chlystek; and his sister Mary Ann Walsh (Michael). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
