She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Fosler and Belle Fosler (Glaim); her husband Raymond Lewis; and her daughter Cathy Thompson. She is survived by: her children, James Lewis, Sherry Lewis and Vaughn Lewis (LouAnn); her grandchildren, Tia Beyer and Caleb Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Elliotte and Adleigh.
