He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Olsen and Blanche Olsen (Jones); his in-laws, Walter and Vila Steiner; his brothers, Dick Olsen and Bob Olsen (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Bethel Steiner, Art Riese and Gerald Steiner (Elaine).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Olsen of Davis; his children, Scott Olsen (Diane) of Davis and Amy Meier (Bret) of Davis; his grandchildren, Whitney Lawton (Jason), Nate Olsen, Eden Haverland (Brighton) and Paiton Meier; his great grandchildren, RJ, Everlee, Luka and Bex; his sister Carole Riese; and his siblings-in-law, Barb Olsen, Ken Steiner and Frank Steiner (Sandy).
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
