He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Doyle and Alice Mary Backovitch Cook; his siblings, Doyle Cook, Viola Papai and Anna Louise Katcher; and his stepdaughter Jeannie Hansen.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Norman Bea; his son Greg Cook; and his stepchildren, Tom Bea and Erin Bea.
